Plastic To Oil Technology

The plastic pyrolysis technology is also called plastic to oil technology. Through the use of pyrolysis plant, we can get plastic oil, carbon black and combustible gas. They all have a wide range of applications.

Waste Plastic To Oil Technology

For example, plastic oil can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and Boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries etc. And it can be used for generators to get electricity. Carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay, also can be used as fuel. The gas can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which can save energy and protect environment.

Generally speaking, the plastic materials will affect the oil yield. For example, the oil yield of PE, PP and PS is about 80%, while that of ABS is only 40%. Therefore, we adopt the new-type tubular condensers and use special catalyst to improve the average oil yield.

Plastic To Oil Technology

In order to meet the demands of different customers, we can provide six models of pyrolysis plants, such as BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLL-16, BLL-30, BLL-40 and BLL-50. They are all equipped with advanced safety devices (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, fire fighting devices) and latest dedusting system (water spray, ceramic ring filter, washing chamber), which can guarantee safety, energy saving and environmental protection in the pyrolysis process.

If you are interested in our plants, please contact us in time and we will reply you within 24 hours.
