Beston is specialized in manufacturing tire pyrolysis plants which aim at converting waste tires into available energy, such as tire pyrolysis oil, carbon black and steel wire. The plants include three types, batch, semi-automatic and auto continuously operating plant. The following is a brief description of the continuous pyrolysis process:
1. First, the waste tires need to be cut into about 30-50 mm small pieces by the tire crusher. Then through the automatic feeding device, the pre-treated tires are transported to the moving horizontal pyrolysis reactor.
2. Heat the reactor by using fuel materials, such as coal, charcoal, fuel gas, wood etc. The reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reaches around 100 degrees (maximum oil gas output interval: 250-280 degree), the oil gas will be produced.
3. A part of oil gas will be cooled down by spray cooling system, it would be liquefied and then go into the oil tank. At the same time, the gas that can not be condensed will come into hot air circulation heating system by secondary fire retardant damper. Then the gas will be recycled for heating reactor as gas material. The exhaust gas goes to the strong spray dedusting system for removing pollution, then the released gas will be environmental and can be discharged to the air.
4. After finishing oil production, the carbon black and steel wire will be discharged automatically.
These pyrolysis products have a wide range of applications. For example, the pyrolysis oil from tires can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries etc. And it also can be used for generators to get electricity. The carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. The steel wire can be sold directly, or recycled to the smelting plant.
