The scrap tire recycling plant offered by Beston has many advantages. First, it is safe. The plant is equipped with advanced safety devices (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, fire fighting devices), which can guarantee 100% safety in the production process. Second, it is energy-saving. By the extra gas recycling system, the gas that can not be condensed to oil can be recycled to heat the reactor as gas fuel, which will save energy for the pyrolysis process. Third, it is very environmental. The plant adopts advanced dedusting system (water spray, ceramic ring filter, washing chamber) to dedust the exhaust gas, finally the gas will be pollution-free and can be discharged to the air directly.

At present, we can provide six models of plants for customers to choose, such as BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLL-16 and BLL-20. Their daily processing capacities range from 6 to 50 tons and their pyrolysis system can be batch, semi-continuous and fully continuous. And they all have passed CE, ISO, SGS certificates and have high quality guarantee.
