In order to make diesel from plastic, firstly we should use the pyrolysis plant to turn plastics to oil and then put the oil into the oil distillation plant for further processing. The plant can effectively remove the particles, colloidal matter, acid and odor from pyrolysis oil by acid-treatment and filtration and make its performance indexes (density, viscosity, acid value) meet new oil’s standard data.

Flue tube condenser can cool down the exhaust gas from the burner, protect draft fan as well as improve dedusting effects. In addition, our plant adopts three-layer dedusting system to cleanse the exhaust gas. At last, the released gas is pollution-free and can be discharged to the air directly.
