The oil sludge is mainly generated from oil production, storage, refining, and transportation. Proper treatment of oil sludge is essential because it is hazardous to human and environment. The oil sludge pyrolysis plant manufactured by Beston can effectively convert oil sludge into oil, solids and water, which not only can solve the pollution problem, but also can achieve the sustainable use of resources.
The oil made from oil sludge can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries etc. And it can be used for generators to get electricity. Besides, the other two kinds of end products will be pollution-free after processed by our technology.
This plant mainly includes batch operating plant, semi-automatic operating plant and fully automatic operating plant. The batch type doesn’t need pre-treatment devices and it disposes oil sludge by batch. The semi-automatic type can work for 3-4 shifts per day and then its reactor needs about 1 hour to cool down. The fully automatic type can work continuously for 24 hours per day without a stop. Each set of plant is guaranteed in best quality and the most reasonable price.
(1) All parts are well-sealed, so air leakage can be avoided.
(2) We adopt the latest heating method, which can not only save fuel but also prolong the life span of the main reactor.
(3) The exhaust gas will be recycled to be used in the heating process, which can save fuel and reduce pollution.
(4) In the dedusting system, three specifically designed steps are used to dedust the hot smoke, which can make sure the released smoke is pollution-free.
