Continuous Operating Distillation Plant

The continuous operating distillation plant can effectively refine all kinds of waste oil, such as crude oil, used engine oil, waste fuel oil, etc., into qualified base oil, diesel oil or gasoline. It mainly includes three models, BZL-25, BZL-50 and BZL-100, the daily processing capacities of which are 25T/D, 50T/D and 100T/D.

This plant has adopted the latest tubular furnace, which can improve the safety performance of production and heating efficiency. Besides, it can be operated in normal pressure condition and vacuum pressure condition. After processed by our plant and technology, the performance indexes (density, viscosity, acid value) of the waste oil will meet new oil’s standard data. Finally we can get qualified base oil, diesel oil or gasoline, which has transparent color and qualified smell and can be widely used in low speed diesel engines and generators.
