It is estimated 200 L waste oil can pollute 2-4 square kilometer water area. The waste oil will hinder the exchange between the dissolved gas and the air, so the oxygen content of the waste is reduced in a large degree, which will cause the death of the animals and plants in the water. So the waste oil can have an destructive effect on the environment.
However, comparing to the effect, people do not use the proper method to handle this problem, and most of the waste oil are not well recycled.
With the drying up of the oil resources , the increasing price of the oil, and the awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, reuse of the waste oil is a global concern now.
The recycling of the waste oil can save energy, turn the waste to treasure and protect the environment, so the waste oil refining plant has both economical and environmental profits.

Here is the oil refining process:
1. Pump raw material into distillation reactor by oil pump. Then close the feeding inlet to totally sealed. (Continuous oil distillation plant adopts automatic feeding device);
2. Use coal/wood/natural gas/fuel oil/electricity to heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, which will be liquefied into fuel oil by the cooling pipe and condensers and then go into oil tank. For getting higher quality diesel, you are required to control the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees. When the temperature decreases to below 150 Celsius degrees, the gasoline will be cooled out;
3. Some gases like Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane cannot be liquefied will be recycled into the furnace for heating the reactor;
4. It will produce some smoke when fuel materials are burnt. The smoke will be processed by de-dusting system completely;
5. The exhaust gas will go into the chimney sucked by draft fan, before emission the exhaust gas will become steam, no pollution.
The plant can also be the corollary equipment of waste pyrolysis plant, and it can turn the plastic pyrolysis oil, tyre pyrolysis oil into diesel, too.
